	Simple Search
	How to use the Advanced Search to search contigs

	Simple Search [ Top | Back ]
	Under Search, select the assembly within which you would like to search. To find a particular EST or contig, enter its name in the appropriate box and hit "Search" button to the right of your entry. The * character may be used as a wildcard anywhere in the string. If no result is found, a * will be appended and prepended to your search, and a list of matches will be returned.

Instructions for using the Advanced Search are given on the top page of the link. If no EST library filters or annotation/attribute filters are added then all contigs will be displayed. Filters When in the advanced search page, your current filter/column selections are shown in the left-hand frame. Results You see your results by clicking on the Show Results button near the top. By default the Percentage of ESTs column is provided. This image shows the expression level from each library -- mouse over the each image to see the library and number of ESTs over total ESTs in the library and TPM (transcripts per million). You can sort on a particular library by clicking on the in the column header.
